If you have received your order and would like to return an item, please see the below options:

My item is faulty or damaged:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Please have your order number at hand and call us on 01782 344000 so our team can help
• If you could take pictures and send them to customerservice@fenns.co.uk with your order number in the subject
• Keep your item in its original packaging and we will then collect for free
• Our team will then arrange a replacement and delivery at a time convenient for you

I no longer want my item:

• If you decide that you no longer want your item, please call us on 01782 344000 within 48 hours of delivery
• After 48 hours returns will not be accepted
• Quote us your order number and let us know why the item is no longer needed
• Please keep your item in the original packaging
• We will then arrange collection for a fee of £30 at a time suitable to you
